In order to streamline the repair/complaint process,

please print and complete the form below and place it in the package with the display

or component sent to the Ledtechnology service.

Please securely protect the goods against potential damage during transport.

Visible damage to the packaging caused during transport is checked by us in the presence of the courier, however, if the packaging is in good condition, Ledtechnology is not responsible for mechanical damage related to the transport of the packed goods.
